Hepa filter
Buying the same product, but different models , the second time. Could not undesirable how I lived without them before. But , now, I have the problem with the current model-it worked 2-3 times only and now stopped showing the 'hepa filter missed'. I did all what I could, cleaning, changing the filetr-no way, still the same picture and it doesn't work. Please advise how to proceed or I will return the product.

Battery life is poor
Handy to have but battery life is poor if you have it on full suction which you have to have it on that setting otherwise it doesn’t pick anything up.It’s fine for just a quick wizz round the house but not for a good clean.
