Surprised. Incredible smell. Manly clear and clean scent! Smell expensive!

Smells good upon application but is faintly perceptable after an hour or so. Smell completely disappears in less than 1hr. Waste of money. Nice bottle but I didn't buy it to look at.

Smell: the scent profile is amazing. The opening is a fresh bergamot. This bergamot scent is of high quality, it actually smells better than Creed’s opening of bergamot. After 15 minutes you still get the bergamot scent but it’s mellowed out, probably due to the woodsy and peppery notes. Although, you don’t get any peppery or woodsy notes ironically. This is just a fresh cologne. Projection: the projection is within your scent bubble. Meaning- arm distance. I love this because cologne shouldn’t be reaching people too far away. It’s meant to be smelled by those you handshake or hug. Longevity: it lasted 2 hours, after that it’s skin scent. I sprayed 10 times knowing it’s a fresh cologne. I asked 10 people after 2 hours if they smelled it and they said no until they smelled my skin. An EDP or Perfume concentration would be amazing. I would say, save this for the summer when it’s extremely hot, like 90 degrees or above and it will last probably 4-7 hours. Conclusion: this is an amazing cologne. It does fresh better than Creed and other niche brands at a fraction of the cost. I wanted to give it 5 stars but I had to consider the longevity. Fresh scents usually last 4-5 hours. This gave me half the time frame. I say bump the price up to $50-$75 and use a better oil for a higher concentration. Oh, and of those the 10 people, everyone loved it.

I've tried out the "sandalwood" version of Viking Revolution's solid cologne line, and really liked the smell. I just didn't like that it was so short-lived, and therefore I decided to try their traditional liquid cologne instead. This fragrance is a bit different from its solid cousin. That one is a more light, sweet smell, while this cologne is bit more on the spicy end of the scale. Both are great sandalwood fragrances, though. The packaging is great, the bottle is very thick and heavy and looks premium on your counter. It's a good company with great customer support, and for this price range you really can't go wrong.

I was so excited to try this. Sandalwood is one of my all time favorite scents and I do collect many different variations. I just received this today. It was packaged very nicely. Gorgeous heavy fairly large glass bottle that feels nice in your hand. Has a classy look to it and it presents as a much higher quality product than the price. I couldn't wait to spray it on! Unfortunately after spraying there is a slight burst reminiscent of citrus and then nothing. Absolutely no scent. I might as well have sprayed on water. I sprayed it again on my wrists and neck but again it dried and left no scent. Not even a hint of sandalwood or anything for that matter. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am. A complete waste of money. I feel bad to have to leave this review since this is a small business but with the economy today I have to be honest and tell you do not waste your money. I am glad I purchased this for myself because if I had gifted it to someone I would be completely embarrassed. By all appearances this would LOOK like a very nice gift but I feel ripped off because it's not like I can give it to my son because I don't like the smell, it's because there is NO smell. Not sure if I got a bad batch or what buy I definitely will not purchase any more products from this company and I cannot recommend it at all. It's also non returnable so I am stuck with it. I'm not even sure how to dispose of it since throwing it away isn't environmentally safe. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Not very sweet smelling, Cremo has been my go to and is definitely better scented. Love all my Viking products except this.
