This vitamin supplement is great! I was having issues with energy levels and feeling sluggish throughout the day. I was looking for a "do all" supplement that was loaded with hard to find vitamins. After the first day I saw a difference immediately and noticed my body responded well to the ingredients. This supplement is so good I do not need to take it everyday because it is jam packed with everything but it is easy to stomach with or without food. The pill size is on the larger side but is not hard to swallow (I do recommend taking with water). I am feeling more energetic all day and have noticed positive effects on my mental focus and clarity.

Good vitamin supplement. It makes a difference in the way you feel.

Ordered twice actually but lost the first one in a move. So trying now. I got this because many of the reviews talk about it helping with iron. I have anemia and so far it has been very difficult to get my iron levels up. This has lower amounts in it. I haven't been tested since taking it to see if it actually makes a difference. But, after a few weeks taking I can say I feel generally better all around. For this I will continue taking. It is cheap but there's not very many in these small bottles so I'd say the price is comparable to other similar supplements per count. The pills are really big and I absolutely hate taking large or really any size but miniscule pills at this time in my life, I used to take handful of vitamins and herbs daily, but No more. However, despite it's size the coating on this pill really Does make a huge difference in it being easy to swallow. I don't know if it's the bad red dye that we should stay away from but I have had no problems with this pill. I think if you're looking for a vitamin with these ingredients, this is good to try. We all respond differently so keep that in mind

Keeps me energized all day!! It doesn’t have an aftertaste, but depending on when you take it you should stay close to a restroom! No smell to the supplements at all and they honestly grew my hair longer with use! I definitely recommend this to all of the low iron strugglers, it’s better than I imagined.

For my Muslim peeps 🤍 I actually heard amazing things about this for many concerns (check TikTok) but sadly I don't think it's halal. I’m not sure tho but when I did some deep research it said that they might use pork and that it is definitely not halal.
