Works instantly out of box, I have been using this now for a week works nicely and feels relaxing like you've had a massage. For me it has made a bit of an improvement on lines and wrinkles although my sleep pattern hasn't helped but I do think it's making a difference but we'll see how it goes. 🙂

Purchased in February and worked fine but in June, it just stopped working! Stopped pulsing. Tried everything to contact the supplier but nothing. Very poor quality item.

The warm or heated setting is not warm or hot?

Have been using for around 3 weeks, haven’t noticed any difference when it comes to my double chin and it’s not charging, might be a mistake on my behalf but I’m using the usb charging cable that was sent with it?

I love this although on the red mode I sometimes get a very sharp stingy pain

So far it’s fab ..

Bought as a gift at Xmas and has broken within 3 months. Seller is refusing to engage and not helping to replace or refund. Terrible service and incredibly disappointed.
