My GHDs broke after 7 years. I’ve got really thick hair so opted for wider plates. Thought I’d give these a go as they were such a great price. Must say, they are amazing. They’re not heavy, you can adjust the heat settings, they work so well on thick hair. I’m so glad I tried these. My go straighteners now for sure.

I was initially sceptical about these straighteners, especially since I was so used to my GHDs. However, after trying them on holiday, I was thoroughly impressed!Straightening my hair now takes half the time, and my hair feels smoother with a noticeable shine. The adjustable heat settings are a fantastic feature, something my previous straighteners didn’t offer. The plates are a great size, making the process even quicker, and the straighteners are comfortable to hold. They also heat up quickly , which is so convenient when I’m in a rush.

The media could not be loaded. I have very long thick hair (I have hair extensions) and needed some wide hair straighteners as it takes a while to straighten my hair. I have tried other wide plate straighteners from Amazon and wasn’t too impressed with them. I thought I’d give these a try and I’m very glad I did!!The most notable positive is how long it took me to straighten my hair. It probably took me around ten minutes to straighten my hair fully from frizz to straight. You can see the difference from the photo in less than five minutes.I love that you can control the temperature with the digital display and this has left my hair feeling great as it usually feels quite dry when using other straighteners which have less temperature control.They are excellent quality straighteners and for the price you cannot go wrong. They are a good size to fit in my drawer perfectly and also come in a heatproof sleeve to protect your surfaces. They don’t weigh too much so your arms don’t get tired when styling for a while (not that it takes long at all!!)Very impressed!

BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!For years I've just scraped my hair back in a scruffy bun because my hair was just to high maintenance. It would take me hours to straighten, so I did have my doubts when buying.... But I am well impressed, it takes just 20mins with these beauties!! Good wide hair straighteners, can get more hair straightened in less time! Well made, well known brand and easy to use and hold. They straighten hair well.

My hair had hundreds or shortish fly aways, it’s very long 26 inches dark brown and thick straight. I tried everything to smooth them and my old Remingtons for 20£ we’re not doing the job. Today I washed and deep conditioned my hair for the 3rd time in a fortnight and then dried and used these MAGiC straighteners. Like from a Salon. My hair is so incredible silky and shiny even my husband said Your hair looks Amazing today. Thank you Remington❣️

Really amazed how well there work. Heat up well and not too heavy. Much cheaper than other brand but work just as well if not better. Easy to use, nice sleek design

The straighteners themselves work well but the cord is dreadful! it's made of material that isn't flexible so winds up all over the place and I can see that it wont last long and will crack. Wouldn't buy again
