Got this for my sister in law after she had a bout of illness. Have to assume it worked, she certainly recovered fully from her illness . It seemed the best thing to use to bring her gut microbiome back to life. It was easy to use and swallow.

I feel (but I am unable to empirically determine whether my opinion is factual) that these pre/probiotics work well and have been effective. I got these to aid a bout of post-antibiotic tummy issues and I do think it cleared my symptoms much better than without using them. The size and lack of smell and taste are amenable. I would recommend these.

I bought these as my usual brand has now gone up to £16! I found them easy to swallow. The trouble is that since taking them ,I feel full all the time and slightly bloated. Great if you feel like dieting! Also, I do get a little digestion after eating anything Next time, I think I will bite the bullet and go back to my usual brand as I don't get any side effects with them and no indigestion either

Certainly seems to help with my gut health and digestion. Been taking these for a few months now and will continue to do so. I take this with water approx 90 minutes after i've eaten my breakfast.
