They are very strong and sturdy scissors good quality and they come from a small business which I like to buy from well worth it

Sharpener works on everyday knives. They all cut veggies & meat, but had a tough time with gristle and will not cut through cartilage connections of turkey wings. One of them also has a small finger hole on one side so is tough to use for me - wear LG gloves but my fingers have never caused me problems with scissors before.

These are really a great product. They are very sharp and is why the blade comes sheathed BUT in a kitchen that makes no sense. I wish. they had a loop to put the handles on to hang. That would have made more sense in a kitchen and I can see losing that blade sheath real fast. It is a good product and for the price it is all you will need to cut everything including meat. I used them to cut frozen meat and they worked great. The knife sharpener is small and just the right size. I just do not like that sheath even knowing the purpose it seems as if there is something that would keep that sheath hooked to the scissors. Oter tan tat it will take about one day before that sheath gets misplaced or accidentally trown away.

Out of the package, it took 4 attempts to cut through the plastic on a thawed sausage roll. If it can't do that what the heck is it even capable of. What a let down.

This is probably one of the best bang for your buck products I have purchased for my kitchen. I appreciate that they came with covers to protect while not in use. The sharpener is a nice added bonus to the set. High quality kitchen siccors, I have one for my kitchen, one in the garage for all my packages and mail and the third In my room for anything upstairs bathroom.
