Hemp seeds can be eaten raw, ground into a meal, sprouted or made into hemp milk, they are soft with a rich, nutty, savoury flavour. Whole hemp seeds retain their high fibre shell so have more of a crunch than shelled hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are a great addition to salads and stews, as well as a snack on their own. Hemp seeds are rich in omega 3 - just 30G of hemp seeds provides recommended daily intake, they are a natural source of Omega 6, they contain 9g of protein per 30g serving, 2 dessert spoonfuls contain 38% RDA Magnesium and 21% RDA Iron.
