By far the worst creatine product I have used.Does not mix at all well and you are left with the option of chewing/ choking down big slugs of creatine gloop, or wasting your money and throwing the residue away.Have followed the instructions- No use. Tried adding to warm water- no use. Tried adding to a shake - No use.Very disappointed in this product.Horrible.
