It's good but there are some things I don't like. I feel like the texture is more of a gel/boba consistency, so it doesn't pop. I also don't care for the added seasonings. It doesn't have a fishy/ ocean flavor at all because the seasonings are so pungent; it has a more tajin flavor to me which I didn't care for in this context. I will say that it is plenty salty and the way it looks is good though.

For the money I thought this was phenomenal. No, it isn’t caviar but it tastes great a similar in texture and overall taste profile. Quality was excellent especially for the size. I loved the texture but if you haven’t had caviar, or don’t like sushi you might not like the texture.

After my daughter became vegitarian, she could never believe she could get such real taste of caviar.

HORRIBLE!!! I have never given such a bad review to any product but this DESERVES it. One bite and I threw it away! Would have not given even 1 star if it would have been an option.
