Almost Perfect
I love it. I had the larger 3-burner grill for many years. Although I loved it, it was a bit bulky to take camping. This new grill still has plenty of space for everything I need to cook for my entire family and then some. The easy fold-up and wheels make it easy to maneuver. It folds quite flat, and the locking cover keeps it battened down on my hitch carrier. As an engineer, I'm impressed at how well thought-out and designed this is, and the improvements over the older models (which i would still recommend for stationary use-cases). While designed to run on small propane bottles, it works just as well with a converter hose (~$15) and large propane tank. The ONLY design flaw I've found is that they placed the gas input in front of the shelf. I believe they could have just as easily placed it on back side of the shelf, which would have avoided knocking the bottle or getting things tangled in the hose. It doesn't really impact anything though - just a minor annoyance. For camping, tailgating, or portable grilling, this thing is awesome - you won't be disappointed.

Season well with avocado oil.
BUY IT! I bought this just before my stove went out. Now I don't want to use the stove again. I love it. The difference between this model and the 1935 is that this model has built in wind blockers so you don't need to buy. Performs well at the beach. This is the latest model with updates you will appreciate. Surface are gets super hot and cooks evenly. I don't know about the negative reviews but i received mine in perfect condition and was easy to assemble. I love it! easy to light I opted for the quick release propane connectors so its super quick to set up

Happy with it, makes great steaks and burger cooking easier and fun
A bit tougher to assemble than I expected and a minor issue lighting up the first time. I swapped with a full propane tank and adapter, worth it. Tip - if it won’t ignite, turn you gas to full on the tank.

Great for a beginner or just for its Portability
Disclaimer: This is our 1st Blackstone Griddle. We've always wanted one but we travel frequently between our home and a Northern cabin, and didn't want to buy 2 separate ones for each house. We also did not want a large 36" 4 burner Blackstone as they aren't very portable, too heavy and difficult for 1 person to load into a vehicle.Found the 1935 Blackstone and bought it for the hubs for Christmas, and it was a great investment. Folding it up is a breeze, and it transports nicely. We have made several Blackstone recipes on it - Chicken Fajitas (wow), Chicken Quesadillas (Wow), Smashburgers (WOW), a shredded hash brown breakfast with onions/peppers/ham/cheese and an egg cracked on tip (Literally life changing), and a few other small things like Slim Jims - thats a grilled ham sandwich on a hoagie bun for you non-midwesterners.So after all the raving I have done, I do have a few points of contention: Trying to move the griddle around can be a PITA as the folding legs try to fold back up if you try to move it any distance (like from the garage to the patio). It takes 2 people to move to lift it a few inches to get up onto a deck for example, or it will try to fold up and collapse. Also my husband has commented a few times that it's hard/takes longer to make certain things because it only has 2 burners and wont get/stay hot enough if you have a lot of food spread across the griddle, like when you'd be cooking for 3-4-5-6 people. Oh, and especially if there is ANY breeze. He's had to block the wind from going up into the backside of the unit a few times.I figured this would be a stepping stone Blackstone for us, and that we'd eventually want to upgrade to a 3 or 4 burner unit, and I think I was spot on with that prediction. However, it is hard to want to upgrade to the bigger, "non-portable" type yet. Even with its minor faults, this griddle still does what a Blackstone should do and does it well enough. The meals we've cooked on it have been EXCELLENT.

Awesome but needs to come standard with 20 tank attachment.
I use this daily. I often find myself using this over our kitchen stovetop. Would for sure purchase again, but I will say I had to convert to using a propane 20lb tank as it is a fuel eater. The little travel size 16oz tanks are gone in no time. so if you take this on a camping trip highly recommend doing this upgrade or you are going to need a truck load of 16oz tanks that need to be changed mid cooking.
