WOW! This is an awesome little fan!!! It has a strong amount of “wind” for such a small fan!!! It’s quiet enough for me but I love the white noise of a fan!!! I have it on my bedside table so it can blow right on me. It did make a vibration noise just sitting on the wood of the table but I placed a folded wash cloth under it and it worked out great !!! I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a powerful yet small fan! YES I would buy it again! In fact I just ordered a 2nd one to use on my desk!!!!!

I read a lot of reviews and I am totally agreeing with those that said this is a surprisingly powerful little fan!! It is little, but for a bedside fan it works super well on the nightstand and doesn't take up a whole lot of room. The start button is great, and when it's on low is really quiet. It does produce quite a bit of vibration so if you have a lot of stuff on top of your nightstand it may rattle a little. Only downside to its power is that sometimes if you have it on medium or high it might travel a little bit, so might place it on top of a towel or something to keep it from traveling right over the edge!

I love this fan! It is the 3rd one that I have ordered. I have one at home, in my classroom, and now in another office at work. They are very small and super quiet and super functiona and put out a lot of air. Being more warm natured than my colleagues or students, I am often hot when they are not, so having my own personal fan to help cool me down is great. Because it is small, it fits basically anywhere. Because I am used to sleeping with a fan on, I have even taken this small fan with me on vacation at condos, etc. that do not have a ceiling fan, etc. to help me sleep. I think it is a great value for the money and is very durable. I have had no mechanical issues with any of the 3 I have at all. I highly recommend this fan.

For a fan this tiny, it sure does move the air! The lowest setting is plenty powerful and SO quiet! Boss doesn’t even realize I have a fan. Love this!

This is a great little fan to have at your desk or working at a register. It has three speeds and the airflow is good. It does have a tendency to move if turned on high. I found that if I placed the cord under the base in certain configurations it would cease moving. This is the only reason for a four star review. The fan itself is well made. It has made my work area less uncomfortable. As to its' longevity, that's a little difficult to say. It should last for years but like any inexpensive product with a motor it could eventually break down. The Gaiatop Desk Fan is one I would purchase again if it were to get broken by whatever force that might make that happen.

Amazing fan. It's tiny but extremely powerful, even on the lowest setting. It is also pretty quiet.

We purchased this fan for a specific purpose. We were looking for a small 5-in fan more powerful than the typical desk fan. We have an air conditioned garage with a doggie door that leads out to the back porch. We live in Southern Nevada and the temperatures have been getting to 117 this July and we've had consistent highs which have made it a little difficult on our outdoor barnyard animals as well as the TNR cats that call or patio home. TNR, are feral Trap, Neuter, Release cats. One cat in particular who has lived on our property more than 3 years now, is still a little skittish and we've never gotten her to be taken enough to want to come into the house as a pet. Instead she tolerates the occasional nose boop as you feed her and a little scratch on the rump, she is friends with our dogs chickens ducks and our cats. She has long hair and summers are particularly hard for her. While she has a shaded patio and a cool garden, this year even those areas can be a little too hot. We decided to make a little insulated box for her off of be unused doggie door from our garage to our covered back porch. It has a little cat door that goes into it and then we've covered up the doggie door with a piece of a box with a hole cut in at the size of the fan. Previously we had a larger fan blowing on low in there, but it was taking a lot of the cool out of the garage. This one has worked perfectly. There's hardly any noise at all from the fan, even on high. It seems to be made very sturdily. It's super easy to use with a nice easy to push and access button on the back, that has multiple speeds. The airflow is incredible for such a little fan! It's a little powerhouse! This would be perfect for a desk because it would not take up too much space. It also has an adjustable base so you could put it up higher on a shelf and pivot it in the direction you wanted the air flow. You wouldn't have to have it close to your face to get a very nice breeze. But for our purposes this little fan blows enough air into the box it actually gets a little too cold for the cat. She ends up napping about 2 ft away from the opening of it on the cold cement of the patio, where the air flows out onto her. Very happy that the setup worked and even happier we found a fan that works so great for our purposes. I'm not saying this is a normal use someone would use it for, but if you were purchasing this fan for your personal use, and you're looking for something that has a good air flow and has a good high setting, this is the fan for you!

My little fan has been put to the test. I've accidently dropped it & it still works. I have several guinea pigs in the house so there's a lot of hay & dust...a piece of hay or two has gotten stuck in the fan & it still works. It's dusty & it still works. I use it a lot. It's on high in the summer & moves enough air in one room for me to be comfortable. I use the fan in the winter on low & it's just enough to keep the air circulating. I have to have air moving at all times. Usually, little fans lose their umph after a while, but this little thing keeps going. I don't regret my purchase.

This is the best fan I’ve been able to find for a long time! I wanted something for my desk at work, and love how this one is SO quiet- you really barely hear it. It has a great power to it, and settings to adjust it easily. I highly recommend if you want something quiet, small, but still strong.

Acheté pour mettre sur ma table de nuit pendant les fortes chaleurs dans l'idée de cibler le visage surtout. Taille très adaptée pour cela. 3 vitesses, la première est amplement suffisante et silencieuse. Les deux autres niveaux sont excessivement bruyant. Je regrette la présence d'une led à l'arrière. Il pivote vers le haut ET vers le bas ce qui était nécessaire pour moi car ma table de nuit est plus hâte que mon visage quand je dors. Je recommande.
