This litterbox is the worst purchase I have ever made. It was great for the 3 months or so, and I was actually considering the purchase of a second, but I am so glad I waited! All of the sudden, it went from filtering the litter in minutes to now taking all day to filter. I followed all the instructions and searched the app for help on troubleshooting this issue. All I can find is that the sensor could have gone bad, so now what do I do? Just trash the litterbox that I paid hundreds of dollars for? I’ll search for a better product.

This is life changing!!NO MORE SCOOPING POOP!!!Do It’s quieter than I expected and it looks great. The app works fine and it tracks the activity of both of my cats. My cats now have more privacy and were comfortable using this right away. I couldn’t finish assembling it and one of them was trying to use it lol. It’s great for odor elimination and I only have to change the bag once a week instead of scooping daily! Yes it’s costly, but damn is it great to have one! Especially for the elderly or disabled. I’ve only owned this for a few days now but I can’t live my life without one of these now. There’s an old saying that once you go…..lol. The only downfall for me is that one of my cats loves to interrupt the cycle religiously like it’s a toy. My other cat doesn’t care and lets it do it’s thing. Hopefully he’ll get bored of it one day but that’s my only gripe so far lol. 5 out of 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I tried this automatic litter box for under three weeks, and unfortunately will be returning it. At first, thought it would be a nice time saver for cleaning the litter regularly. I currently scoop every one to two days when using a large litter box for two cats. This touted that it could hold a week of waste before needing to be emptied. I found that not to be true, but that it would only hold about 2 days — so no time savings, as the process of removing the bag of waste and replacing it involved lots of work: disassembling the back covers (two pieces), and making sure a metal rod was correctly placed in the lower bin, to hold the new bag in place. Additional issues were found with the cleaning process: a few times, it emptied out the litter entirely into the waste bin, so had to be refilled. Other times, it stopped mid-cleaning, throwing a sensor error (such as something stuck.) Likewise, it would stop if it “sensed” something in front of it, even if it hasn’t finished the cleaning cycle. This is an understandable safety feature; however, when that happens, a cat can re-enter the unit. On one occasion, when that happened, my cat continued to use the partially-full bin during the night. Since the machine didn’t clear the waste, it required cleaning the whole thing the next day. Ultimately, it was good experience of what to look out for in a future automatic litter box.

Machine works great in general and the alerts are great. Only problem I have is there is consistently puddles of pee forming under the dome. I don't know how it could happen from a product standpoint but it is. Ending up having to disassemble and wash frequently....UPDATE: somehow the litter is finding it's way out of the dome and I hear grinding everything it runs. It's fine to clean the machine once a week (even though I shouldn't have too) but I fear the gears will fail due to having crush through the litter so frequently. Hoping that mine is just a bit tweeked and all of yours are fine!

This thing sucksss. It’s my first automatic litter box and I definitely wish I would’ve spent more money on a better working one. Based on reviews I figured it’d be 50/50. It will randomly stop working and I have to open the front and lift it up and re adjust it. I’m currently watching it right now and it stopped halfway even tho nothing was in front of it to set off the sensor. I am not pleased and I don’t have money to replace it until further notice. The app definitely isn’t meant for this type of thing. It only has a cleaning button and empty button. It only tells me my cats weight if she’s currently in it, doesn’t keep track of anything. DO NOT BUY THIS, save your money for a better one! This gives me more stress than actually scooping a box daily.
