We supplement with B12, as it is not readily available in plant-based diets. This B12 dissolves under the tongue. Very easy to take a few times per week. No complaints.

I've been supplementing B12 now that I'm getting older. These are great little tablets that are to be used sublingually. These slowly melt underneath their tongue so you don't have to worry about swallowing a tablet. But if you do want to swallow them they are small enough to where they aren't hard to get down.

This B12 supplement is comparable to my other B12 methylcobalamin supplements so I feel like it is a good product and contains the amount/type of B12 as labeled. I have to use the more expensive form of B12 (methyl-) due to a genetic disorder, but it is recommended overall for its better assimilation. Most of the cheaper forms are of a different form that is not easily utilized by the body so I feel better taking this either way. This product affected me as a methylcobalamin form should, but take that with a grain of salt, because it's far from scientifically proven to contain as labeled, but adds to my confidence. That said, the packaging is great, the seal was good, and the flavor is nice. It dissolves slowly in the mouth and leaves a decent aftertaste. Overall, I'm happy with this product.

Don't be like me. I thought this bottle came encased entirely in plastic. So I tore the plastic off the lid, then started taking the plastic off the rest of the bottle. It is not encased entirely in plastic. Well, it is, but that's the label. So if you like to read the label (and you can get the sticker off that Amazon always puts over it), now you know =) The bottle comes about 25% full, which is a pet peeve I have with so many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last four months, so I prefer they use a smaller bottle. The expiration date on mine is Aug 2026, so a little more than two years from now. There is a very light scent to the tablets and they have a subtle cherry flavor that you start to detect when the tablet is about halfway dissolved. Which is also about when you begin to realize how gritty it is =) But it's not bad. I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This has the GMP stamp and says Made in Turkey. The product page also lists a couple if ISO certifications and says 3rd-party lab tested. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones lately. The orzax site is functional as well as informational. It says their founders have over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. And they have a state of the art facility that is able to make over 300 different products. The site says they do not use artificial flavoring, which answered my question about the cherry flavoring in these tablets. If those are their facilities that they are showing on the About Us page, that's what I was wanting to see! One thing I always look for is a phone number - there isn't one, but another thing I look for is a valid address, especially with the company's name on the building. And their building in Turkey has their name on it! Not that all these things mean the supplement is better or worse, but it seems the more verifiable and transparent a company is, the more likely their claims will be true and their products trustworthy. So I like what I've found about Orzax so far. That being said, I'm not a total fan yet. The first thing is my fault since I don't read product pages closely enough before ordering. I thought this was a vitamin B complex, and was just going to say I hope they decide to make one. They have! Also, I'm not a fan of the fillers - so many supplement companies say they need them, but some of the highest quality ones I know refuse to use them. Even bigger than that, for me, is sucralose. I didn't see it or would not have ordered this. I have long felt that any health company that uses it either doesn't really care about their customers or just hasn't read the research. I don't know why they would make something so good, then put that in it. Not everyone feels that way though, so that aside, you get a lot of quality B12 for a good price, all from a verifiable company. Nice. Thank you for reading, I hope it's been helpful.
