I prefer these capsules to similar in tablet form. They appear to do the job for me, been taking these 2 daily, for some time. Has been an overall improvement in gut health I think. No quick fixes. No tummy upsets. No explosive results that require you to be quick on your feet, most important for me! So these i find really good 👍

I finished the entire packet before writing this review. I took the capsules regularly before bed with a full glass of water. They were easy to swallow and had no offensive smell or aftertaste, which I appreciated. The packet has a month's supply with 60 capsules in total. However, in terms of efficacy, I didn’t notice any improvement in digestion, constipation, skin health, or overall well-being. While the format and convenience were great, the supplement didn’t deliver the benefits I was hoping for. It might work differently for others, but for me, it didn’t live up to the claims.

I have ordered several supplements from this company, and they have all been delivered quickly, and well packed, and the prices are reasonable. Their quality seems to be as good as others I have used in the past, and I am pleased with all purchases from SMUG. I will definitely order from SMUG again.
