My hair is naturally curly and almost waist length. I straighten and blow out my bangs and leave the rest air dry. Due to medication my hair had been falling out. I decided to give this shampoo and conditioner a try and I am glad I did. You don’t need alot of either as it lathers very well and the conditioner combs through very nicely. The scent is subtle and nice. I have used it 5-6 times and I have noticed that my hair looks thicker, shiny, healthy and frizz-free. It is also soft and managable. It may seem expensive but not when you consider a little goes a long way. I am a professional barber/stylist and this shampoo and conditioner beats any professional product I have tried. I would recommend to everyone. Even if your hair isn’t thinning.

This is my second time buying Routine. My hair is super fine. Hairstylists don’t know how fine my hair is until they wash it and it shrinks to nothing. This is because Routine makes my hair full and soft. The coconut vanilla scent is light and refreshing. Highly recommend for fine hair.

I can’t say that I’ve noticed a big difference in the thickness of my hair using this the last three months. It doesn’t take much and I do really love the conditioner. My hair feels silky and it takes care of and prevents tangles. I don’t think my hair is any more thin than before I started using it so maybe it is working.

I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for 10 months now and I definitely think it has helped keep my hair healthy. I heat style my hair twice a week and my ends usually break pretty fast I feel like I have to get trims every few months to keep up with my dead ends but since using this I have only had to get two trims in that 10 month period. I also have a really really hard time growing my hair and I think this helped get my hair to the length I wanted. I got plenty of comments on how fast my hair was growing over the months. When I started my hair was just past my shoulder line. I used this through most of my pregnancy I’m 4mo postpartum and I am experiencing that postpartum hair loss but I honestly think it would be worse if I weren’t using this shampoo. I used to lose hair in the shower before I started using this shampoo and conditioner but after using it I noticed I didn’t have any fallout really at all. I did not expect this shampoo to prevent postpartum hair loss (honestly don’t know if anything can prevent that) but it does keep my hair soft, looking clean and healthy so that’s why I’m giving it 5 stars. The pictures are what my hair looks like now after 10 months of use, a half inch trim and some hair loss . Also using it 2-3 times a week lasted me a long time the shampoo lathers really nicely so you don’t have to use a lot of product. The first set I purchased lasted me 8 months. Definitely will keep using!

I’ve read a lot of reviews on Routine shampoo and conditioner so I thought I’d try it. Just used it for the first time-not impressed. The shampoo is ok. . The conditioner was better. I could smell it better and it felt thick and rich on my very very thin hair. After towel dry-my hair feels dry..had a little difficulty combing through it..which I didn’t like..so I’m not a fan of this stuff yet. I’ll keep using it and if I can update this I will do so as time goes.UPDATE 6/23/25: I like the shampoo and conditioner. Smell is nice. I can tell it pumps up my hair during washing. Usually easy to comb through but sometimes I need a combing spray. Is my hair any thicker now? I don’t think so. After a day of washing, my hair is so light and thin that it gets oily. My hair does oily easily so I only try to put conditioner on my ends. I break out a lot for some reason all over my head sometimes which is like pimples, flat bloody sores, bumps..not sure why. But I like using it..it helps my ends from splitting and I feel great the day it is washed-my hair is soft and feels great. I dont wash my hair every day—maybe every three or four days…so I’m still on my first bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and I only use one pump each. Will try another update in a few months.

So far I am loving this product. I have used it for about 8 shampoos. I have already noticed my hair has quit breaking off my clothes are no longer covered in hair and my hair feels soft my husband loves the smell of it. I purchased the Lavender/Cedar scent it smells a lot like his old spice body wash not much of a lavender scent but I still love the scent of it. I also purchased the lavender serum and apply this to my scalp as directed before I shampoo my hair. I am over 60 if that helps anyone out there my hair was thinning due to it breaking off so much I loved it so much I bought my daughter the coconut and vanilla set with the serum to try.

I have very fine thin hair. I’m not 100% sure promotes growth, but it is good for my hair. Using the shampoo and conditioner my hair is clean and yet not weighted down by the conditioner. It has more body and fluff up a lot more so it does actually look thicker. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I used Routine Shampoo and Conditioner for the first time when I purchased the lavender and cedar scent. My hair has never felt better, it is so soft and the curls that I had when I was younger have started to come back. My hair feels thick, soft healthy and smells so nice. You don't have to use as much shampoo and conditioner as I had too with other products. The fragence remains for few days .I will be a Routine customer for life and will never buy any other product.
