Really good for improving the flexibility of hamstrings.

I am hopeless at stretching - it's just such a tedious necessity when you are someone with long legs and active. This is a quality product and the materials are strong and well made. This is important as there is a lot of strain (obviously) on the straps. I think in this instance, it is very much the case that you are paying 'for what you get'. The strap is easy to use and has the advantage that the long loops allow you to sit down and stretch - i.e. you can sit in the armchair, watch the TV and do that stretching in the comfort of the cushion!.

Je l’ai acheté pour étirer mes pieds et soulager ma fasciitis plantaire, j’étais un peu sceptique quant à son efficacité. Mais à ma grande surprise il a parfaitement fonctionné. J’ai testé plusieurs models et celui que j’ai préféré, la qualité du produit est évidente.
