I purchased this Scooter as I am no longer able to walk long distances with my family. I needed a scooter that was portable and also would fit int the boot of my car (Jag XF) small entry. This one fitted the bill perfectly, so far, I am very pleased with this scooter it is easy to lift and fits my boot perfectly and so far has proved reliable. Points to note are as follows: 1. Comfortable ride quick on the flat and easy to control 2. Not too heavy to lift I am not as strong as I was, but I can lift it easily. 3. Only 250w motor so do not expect it to go up steep hills 4. Large wheels make for a comfortable ride over even rough surfaces. 5. Beware only a three-wheeler so can be a little unstable on very rough surfaces. 6. Easy Battery removal for charging and to makes it lighter to lift easily. Assembly. When it arrived the front wheel, mud guards and front light are loose, the Allen key is provided in the bag attached to the rear of the seat. The mud guards and light were easy to attach, but the front wheel was a slight challenge. The front wheel forks on mine were too close together to allow the shims that go either side of the wheel to fit. I solved the issue by using a door lifter to prise the forks apart enough to the get the shims in place. The other issue I had is finding the charging socket on the battery, the box and instructions show it on the outside, but the battery has obviously been modified. It is in fact under the handle so unless you lift the handle you cannot see it, took me ages to find it so I thought I would help others buy telling you where it is.

Lovely scooter no instructions came with it not very light but fast enough battery did not last long with light on

a nice little mobility scooter but its instruction manual leaves much to be desired , no instructions on how to get the scooter workig from the start , I would strongly recomend that the manufacture updats this manual.

Brought it for my mom. So far so good - after reading other reviews I almost cancelled this order for a traditional brake leaver however the electric break seems really Good so far. My mom went up and down quite a steep decent and has soon as she took her hand off the throttle the scooter stopped and braked. It folds really easy. Initially struggled to turn it on the first time, Instructions not great, but once I got it working it all went very well. Summary - very good so far. Not sure what the other reviews were moaning about but also realise it’s early days.

Instructions very poor, I had to work it out myself. No Instructions to remove battery to charge up. Seat uncomfortable, no padding, having to use cushion with it. Compact when folded and accelerator very difficult to control, causing collision. Key hole at back of scooter, so you have to turn on before you get seated. And then remember to lock when you get off, otherwise someone could just ride away with it. Three wheels make it very unsteady and dangerous, not fit for anyone with poor mobility or dexterity. Requested a refund.

Very sturdy i was a little unsure how to use it but YouTube was very helpful. Thank you for such fast delivery very happy going out for a test run hopefully not terrifying myself and outhers .I am very excited its very comfy .big thank you it takes a bit of time to get use to very powerful .it's not so good on uneven paths I came off it so be careful .

Really confusing .... I have no idea where it charges i have no instructions no idea how anything works bad lungs so im running out of air need to charge it up so I can go home on the train tomorrow n now ripping my hair out HELLLLLPPPPPP other that its light easy to fold up n down. But unless if I can't charge itttt so.eone help me !!!!!! There's a three pin plug on the side but the charger isn't a three pin plug

Im so impressed with this scooter its goes for miles ive got rid of my old one this scooter is the best . It's easy to open and shut great quality.. Thankyou .. Do you do spare batteries ? ..
