No pipes provided for connecting the pump inlet and outlet

Last 6 months I would have charged it for hardly once or twice for 90 seconds usage and 4 days interval of watering. Battery life is incredible. It proved for what it's made for.

All is well but the pipe provided with the system is grossly inadequate. As a result you have to get pots together in one place. Also there is need to have a provision of stopping water flow once the motor stops. If the pots are placed lower than water level, the water keeps flowing nonstop due to siphon affect which is most disturbing. Can you suggest the dimensions of the flexible pipe so that one can purchase it separately

I received it when i was away on holiday, and by the time i came back to open it, found out that the item was missing the main timer pump module itself. Cant refund or claim unfortunately for me.

Automatic function doesn't work, which is the only thing that makes it useful. The first time you set it up it pumps, but after it doesn't pump daily on set intervals. Which is basically like manual watering. Then what's the need for buying an automatic pump? I really wished it to work because the idea is good and the set up looks neat. Accessories like the drip valves are looking good. But the automatic pump function doesn't work, so you can't leave your plants trusting this.

In spite of setting different times and day durations for multiple times none of it works..It needs manual intervention to on the pump...Whats the point of an automated machine which doesn't work automatically??
