I recently got this JoJolemon carbon fiber Pickleball Paddle (USAPA Approved, 16mm Shark Power Polymer Core), and it has quickly become my go-to paddle. The build quality is excellent. The Shark Power Polymer Core surface gives a strong, durable feel while keeping the paddle very lightweight, which makes it easy to maneuver during both indoor and outdoor play. The 16mm Shark Power Polymer core really stands out — it absorbs vibration well and provides a great mix of control and power. I’ve noticed my soft shots and dinks are much more consistent, yet I can still drive the ball with plenty of speed when I need to. The grip is also comfortable and non-slip, which helps a lot in longer games. I don’t feel hand strain or fatigue, and the paddle feels well-balanced in motion. Being USAPA approved is a big plus too, since I know I can use it for official tournaments if I want. Overall, this paddle delivers on everything it promises — lightweight, precise, and powerful. Purchased this paddle as an upgrade to my entry paddle. I find the weight and balance to be good. Light enough to maneuver quickly. Balanced. I don't like a head heavy paddle. The face has a medium texture. I am able to get plenty of spin on the ball. I have not noticed any dead spots in the face. Very consistent feel in the middle of the face. Feels like there is a larger sweet spot. Perimeter hits or miss hits are still solid and not clunky. Feedback is good. I have to have a bad mis hit to get vibration. i would say the sound volume of this paddle is medium and solid sounding. The sound is solid and quality not a cracking loud sound like some paddles. The grip tape is quality and grippy and comfortable. The tape retains grip even with sweaty hands.

This paddle came with impressive packaging and some accessories. From the box, it had a great look and felt very nice and balanced. (I'm more inclined to be a control player, but like some power for serves and returns). After using it for one hour of pickleball play, I found the control game was very good and I had great manueverability with the paddle (7.0 oz). However it was severely lacking in power. After playing, I cleaned the paddle (as I normally do after each session), I noticed, "a seam" through the middle of the paddle, and on both sides of the paddle... as if it was joined. I had never seen this in a paddle before (I have played with several) and had some concerns about the stability. I returned the paddle not wanting to take a chance of it collapsing. In addition, I could only find a few reviews on this paddle, those of the company who would naturally give it a great review. I initially purchased it in part based on the number of reviews on Amazon that gave it a 5 or 4. After reviewed the few 'negative' reviews, I was hesitant to keep the paddle. It would be a great paddle for a beginning other then the fact that it is rather expensive option with better known brand name paddles in the same or even cheaper price range.
