Easy to use haven’t seen results yet only 2 applications so far

I just used it yesterday so i've not yet to see results but i really like the customer service part.. The bottle was gone quickly so i reached out to the company and Andrew Saal (the head of the company) reached back with explanation on how to use it and offer me a solution and how to use it. so for other folks, to help with using it here's what to do:I need to explain that our hose end sprayers are calibrated differently than "the other guys." We have them set at a 1:64 ratio now. We actually slowed them down from our original hose ends that are grey and white. The grey and white sprayers are 1:32 ration. Therefore, when 8 gallons of water goes through the sprayer, the bottle is gone. From a timing perspective that is between 4.5 and 5 minutes. You have to move quickly and you only want to wet the blades of grass with our product. There isn't a treat of burn out, but you are wasting product if you don't move quickly. This is why you water the product in after or wait for mother nature. We actually just did a video yesterday explaining this and it will be on all hose end products in the next two weeks. I have an 8,000 sf yard myself and I assure you I can get it all covered. However, I take the following steps: I turn my water on a 1/4 of the way, I have a plan and I move fairly fast standing in the middle of the lawn, moving backwards and wetting all surfaces.

This is an updated review of this company. I recently purchased and used a bottle of Thatch Buster, afterwards I left a review about how the bottle did not cover my entire yard. Since then the President of Turf Titan Brands, Mr. Saal, has reached out to me personally to help resolve the issue that I had. He has informed me that they will be introducing a helpful video for their products to help consumers with the application process and other tips. Essentially for many of us homeowners we think when we are applying anything to our lawns we need to make sure its enough to soak into the ground, that is not the case with Turf Titan products. Mr. Saal assured me that when applying Thatch Buster it is only essential to spray enough to cover the blades of the grass, then when you water your lawn for the recommended 20 minutes the product will seep into the soil to begin the process. Remember that these products are biology based so time/patience will be your friend, let the product do the work. Before applying this product or any of their products, make a plan first to determine the quickest route to spray your lawn so that you conserve enough product for 100% coverage. Over-applying would not harm your lawn but there is no need to do so. I can say for certain there are not many company presidents or owners who will reach out to a consumer, but Turf Titan does indeed have such an owner, which for me goes a long ways and I can put trust into their products.

I guess this worked on my lawn. I applied it and waited a few weeks but couldn’t see any noticeable difference in the growth rate, greenness. I am sure it does what it is supposed to do and I applied it according to the instructions, but I just can’t tell if it worked or not. As far as how it applied and ease of use, it works just fine.

I bought two containers of this product, followed the directions exactly as they were written, and the product would not come out of the container. Completely soaked my whole yard only to look down and realize that the container was still full of product. I tried unclogging the tube, but to no avail. I tried a different container, and had the same issue. This product may work well if you can get it to work, but it’s completely useless if you can’t get it to come out.

Excuse my review photos as they both have my daughter in it, but I wanted to show how beautiful my grass came. And this is the FIRST time I have ever did my lawn and I am quite proud. This product did exactly as it was supposed to instead of me having to physically aerate my lawn this is what I went with and the liquid aerator was perfect. It loosened the soil the grass seeds could take root easier resulting in the beautiful lawn that I now have. I followed the instructions on the label, EXACTLY as it stated!!! It does seem a little pricey, but when I compared & tried other brands, this one worked the best and did as it should. So the price didn’t bother me as much since I finally got the results I was looking for by helping my grass seed actually grow and grow better. I would definitely recommend this

Not sure if the product works because I just sprayed it last night at 8pm as the sun was setting. But I can say that I was disappointed with it after having walked 3/4 of an 11,132 sq ft yard and realized that the bottle was still full. I followed the instructions, re shaking the bottle before, water flow, and moved fast. I thought maybe I didn't turn the dial enough, but it was turned as far as it could go without it breaking off. There was a little bit of brown droplets on the end of the spray head but the bottle was full. I had to open it and do the same as someone else in a previous review. and pour it into an ortho sprayer. Will circle back in a week or so with a follow up. If it works at least some, I'm recommending it everyone I know. If it doesn't, then I'll seek a refund.
