Cute sleeve cut-outs
The 3XL fits like a US size 16. Maybe an 18. So the size that they have in the description currently of 3XL=14/16 is a bit off in my opinion. This shirt is definitely larger than a 14. When I bought this I was gambling that it would fit more like a 16, and it does and maybe then some.The shirt's cut out sleeves are not so apparent on the photo, but you can definitely see them when on. The sleeve cut-outs are quite large actually.Washing: Turn inside out, I wash mine on cold in a washing bag. Hang dry. Do not put this one in the dryer per the tag's directions.

Nice top, beware of the band at bottom though.
Nice fitting shirt with a pretty design. It is a little shorter than I would normally wear, I have to make sure I keep it pulled down. There is a band at the bottom that I would prefer wasn't there, it would not ride up as easily if it was just a standard hem.

I read the reviews and ordered a size or 2 up and it still is a bit tight in my belly area. I kept it, in hopes I'll tone up more and it will fit perfect.

Absolutely stunning! I now want one in every single different color! ( I know for sure the grey and blue!) I chose the green first. The cutouts on arm are well stitched, entire shirt is well made! Thank you!

beautiful shirt, but runs small. I'm normally a size sm-md, read the reviews and ordered a size large and it fits perfectly. would recommend air dry to keep size/shape.

Awesome shirt, great fit, good quality material. Design is nicely printed on and has retained a good look through washes. Bought it because it had a sale on it and it ended up being wonderfull!

Looks exactly like the picture. The fabric is not too heavy so that it drapes well. The proportions of the top are right on. I normally wear in the range of medium to large. However, I bought the X-TRA large. I'm glad I did. It fits a little loose, not too much.
