do not like that it does not stick well to the skin and it falls off before the end of day sometimes. not strong its pretty think and very loose

Bought these for my husband, who’s apparently “too young” at 45 for a knee replacement (tell that to his knees, which think they’re 95). He’s been using this tape for a couple weeks now and it’s been a game-changer—less pain, less swelling, and way fewer dramatic groans every time he stands up.It’s easy to use, sticks through daily showers like it’s auditioning for a waterproof commercial, and lasts several days without peeling. Honestly, I think this tape is holding his knees together better than sheer willpower ever did. Already ordered more, because if this keeps working, maybe we can hold off on the bionic knee upgrade a little longer.

The concept of this tape is a great idea. The functionality was a little off as the bottom tape on the knee has no stretch. No skin irritation the value of cost was good. The ease-of-use was good. It definitely helped with the pain relief however, after the application, it did not stick very well. I’ve been using these types of tapes for a very long time, and I always wash my area with rubbing alcohol. Even using that this tape still did not stick well. I do recommend it but it’s not a long-term solution meaning three or four days, which is typically what I use with KT tape.

Despite this product being pre-cut and easy to apply, the bad outweighs the good for this product. The instructions are broken English and don't make much sense. Thank goodness for illustrations. I did get this wet with both a shower and sweat and it stayed on for more than 24 hours but when it came time to remove it, that's when the problems started appearing. Most of the edges were frayed and it was difficult to pull up. Once I started to remove it, small bits of the adhesive and fabric from the tape stayed on my skin. You can see the level of irritation on my skin (I was pulling as slowly as possible) even after a shower. I had to scrub (firmly!) the remainder of the adhesive off. This has not been my experience with the KT Tape brand. I'll be returning the remainder of this tape despite its ease of use and pre-cut shape.

They’re working well for my volleyball playing daughter. Much easier for her to apply that separate pieces of KT tape! She hasn’t had any skin irritation. They stay in place well but come of completely when pulled off as well. I’ll continue to purchase these.

I used ALL OF THEM! Where have these been all my life. I have two tears on the inner part of my knee. We were in Orlando for two weeks and did all the parks. I wore one everyday until the box was EMPTY! These are really easy to apply, waterproof, and easy to remove. It was crazy effective for keeping my knee pain at bay and I will be buying more!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I bought this for my neighbor who is having a knee replacement at the end of the month. She has barely been able to walk until she got this tape. The functionality of this tape to relieve knee pain is GREAT! The only reason why I gave it 5 stars is that the adhesive caused her to break out and she even got some water blisters, so I had to send it back. The doctor will not operate with any open wounds, so she was absolutely unable to use them. Otherwise, it was a magic fix to giving her the ability to walk with way less pain. It's worth a try if you have knee pain.

Helps the knee and makes the day a little better.
