I’ve been using this DTAPE laser measure for home projects and it’s been accurate and very easy to use. The readings are quick and consistent, even for longer distances, and the backlit display is clear in low light. I really like the area, volume, and indirect measurement modes—they save a lot of time compared to a tape. It feels solid in hand and the size is convenient to carry around. Pros: High accuracy, fast measurements, clear backlit screen, useful multiple modes. Cons: Buttons take a little getting used to, best results need a steady hand.

Unless you are using a digital measuring tool for commercial purposes, this one works well for the price. The buttons are big and easy to use. Display is clear. Multiple functions for area and volume are useful. Works "okay" outside in daylight for shorter distances.

Easy to use and very accurate. We have found it very helpful when measuring a home as well as determining best placement for decor.

This leaser reader is the best i could of gone in a while it is easy to use it operates of batteries its a handy size easy to carry around it measures it has a feature to add or subtract still works when bright sun plus it saves measurements

Works quite well and is compact. The only problem I had (and it took a while to figure out) was measuring the length of the wall from a third point which follows the Polygram Theory. The user has to be perpendicular to the length of the wall at one end or the other. Any deviation and the exact measurement will be wrong. You need to read the manual and understand how this particular and common measurement works.

As advertised. Seems well made.

Laser light is totally - Not bright enuff to use outside in a shade over 16 feet. Need not shine it up onto the bottom of a limb. It works inside on white walls up to32 feet. And the measurement is accurate inside.

I'm a contractor, I use these one almost every day and I'm very pleased with. The battery still the original one and kip going. The number are very clear and easy to read. And the fact that i can add and subtract is amazing

This device works for two person works. No hassle in holding the tape on the other end
