Cartridges came quicker that originally advised. I am very happy with them so far, only using 2 out of the four to date. As detailed, they were easy to install and I am very pleased as even though the printer knows they are not original HP cartridges, it still functions well. Historically I would not go with non original ink cartridges but these are proving that theory wrong at the moment!I am now using all the cartridges and I am very happy with the result, thank you :)

Good product, though there seems to be some inconsistentcies with the sizes. The product title says it's a REPLACEMENT for the 903XL - while true, it's a bit misleading. The sizes you get in the pack are the XLs for cyan, magenta and yellow, but just L for the black, which is usually the visually larger cartridge. Even the box says XL on it - I'd recommend changing that to avoid future customers facing confusion.That said, cartridges are easy to install and work without any issues. Worth the cheaper price.

5 star to company, 0 stars to HP. I've bought these previously and they worked fine with the HP printer. These ones, which I bought in August 2023, I have only got around to replacing and I got the non-genuine chip message and it doesn't work.Not happy. I blame Brexit and HP being greedy since their firmware must've changed. That's 27 quid down the pan, and if there's no solution I'm not paying 70 quid for HP's cartridges as the printer is hardly used - I'll get a different printer and not buy HP again. I can get a cheap printer for 40 quid .Since I wrote the above the company very generously wrote to me offering a full refund, which I have accepted. I am so pleased even though it was many months between buying and then installing the cartridges!I now have an Epson printer and will be buying from them again as I've done so in the past.

Great value for money product as alternative to original cartridges. Arrives next day, well packaged and I have never had a cartridge fail. The cartridges seem to last longer than you would expect. - Definitely on my repeating order list

I ordered this compatible printer ink on 19th November 2024 but didn't need it until yesterday. When I loaded as previously, I got an HP message telling me that the cartridges didn't contain an HP chip and therefore wouldn't work. I've spent all morning trying workarounds without success. I now notice that this compatibility problem has been known about for some time. An Amazon review from February 2024 details the issue. The money for the cartridges I bought in November is money down the drain because they could never have worked. If you have an HP printer please be very careful about buying printer ink claiming to be 'compatible' because it just won't work. I would like to be refunded for the cartridges I bought in 2024 and cannot use.

There was a problem with delivery when I failed to receive the cartridges despite the Amazon tracking system registering that they had been handed to the resident, credit to Amazon that they returned my money without quibble. A Smart Ink representative contacted me by email to find out why I had obtained a refund from Amazon and arranged for a delivery of the cartridges totally without charge. Throughout the process Smart Ink kept me informed, even checking with me that the next-day delivery that they had arranged had indeed taken place. The fact that the cartridges worked straight away and that they were beautifully packaged along with clear instructions was icing on the cake. Remarkable and excellent.

Cheapest ink for my printer found on amazon, and the quality of the ink is good, all comes neatly packaged and with a pair of gloves to stop getting ink on your hands which you don't normally get with other sellers. I will buy it again.
