Q: Are any of these stiff enough for dry brushing? Specifically the largest one?

For dry brushing I'll let a little oil paint dry on the brush to get it harder but these brushes are pretty soft for dry brushing imo

Q: Going to use these with enamel touch up paint that's like nail polish. what should i use to clean the brushes? thinner? nail polish remover? other?

These are very versatile brushes that I use for my model ships. The paint I use is enamel model paint and I just just the model thinner for cleaning them. let them dry thoroughly, though before you place the plastic sleeve over the bristles or they will harden up and make your next paint job very difficult.
