I don't take a regular full-on vitamin. Instead I take various supplements separately. So this gummy gives me just the right vits to add into my regime. Not sure what it's doing to my skin, since there are so many variables. But I think it wise to take these gummy vits anyway, since they are needed.

2 stars because they taste good with decent texture but they don’t do anything and so they aren’t worth the money.

I have yet to notice any changes. Only half of the bottle was used.
