Great app
My wife loves Rosie Roomba as she's named it. It is noticeably quieter than her Shark upright and it seems to know where all the nook and crannies' are only after a few uses. It's amazing, it goes directly home and recharges as soon as it is finished or if told to using the app. All in all I can't see my wife using any other type of vacuum in the future. I don't think she's tried the mopping action yet, I still see her with her old mop and bucket, these changes take time I suppose.

Don’t waste your money
Had it 2 months and now returning it thanks to the helpful people at Amazon. The product worked fine at first but after a couple of weeks the washing pad was only cleaning 2 inch strips of the floor, I replaced the pads and still no better. The company after sales service is non existent. I wouldn’t recommend this product. I’ve been told by friends you need to spend £500 upwards to get a really decent one.

Does the job, quite, but no virtual walls or no go zones, gets stuck easily on floor mop fringes.
Simple and easy to clean with an attached brush. vacuums well, and leaves no dust on the floor.but doesn't recognize virtual walls or able to avoid certain areas (does not have zones or no go zones). Gets entangled on floor mops fringes and clothing hems. Charging cable much too short than previous models (we had 3).Seems iRobot wanted to differentiate it from more upscale models by downgrading very cheap and simple add ons like virtual walls, no go areas and using "feature downgrade" or "functionality reduction" (app nerfing).

Part of the family
The media could not be loaded. I’m probably bias because I’ve wanted one for years. But as a single father who works long hours and lives in a small city apartment, this thing is the essentially a clumsy pet that cleans for you, bumps into walls, tries to move light furniture, and occasionally tries to chew a sock. You will have to roomba proof your rooms though. Pick up any small items that you don’t want to be consumed by your roving helper.(We put googly eyes on ours and have named it Diane.)

Saves Time
This is a brilliant product, it just goes about the kitchen, hall and sitting room doing it's job while I can get on with other jobs about the house. Highly recommend! A+++

Keeps getting stuck
You develop a certain fondness for your robot hoover. Helping it out when it gets stuck. It rarely makes it back to base and climbs over coir mats and under bedroom cabinets only to get stuck. See carpet burn marks

Robot works well only complaint is the dirt holder is quite small we have 2 dogs so it fills up with hair after only half the floor is vacuumedOtherwise it does as expected
