I used to play with myself a lot. This now distracts me and strengthens my arms. I’m afraid to touch myself now.

I use this product every morning. I use it before some exercise if you’re into combat sports it’s good way to warm up the wrist and forearm. I definitely recommend it. The only drawback to it is that some of the powder from the rice in there gets out I can get a little bit on your clothes, but it doesn’t stain. It’s just like dust.
