Covers the subject
This book covers the topic well, but I found it incredibly hard to remain engaged in reading it. I feel like the topic is interesting, but the presentation is very dry and boring. It seems to me that this book can best serve as a reference, that you pick up when you need specific information, rather than something that one might read cover to cover.

A great book for learning the ins and outs of Value Creation for Private Equity
This is obviously a narrow topic that wont apply to most people, but I would argue that most business owners or high ranking company executives will find value in the lessons this book gives!
