Been using these roughly 2 months, no considerable difference in weight. However these do make you feel "full" which makes you snack less and to control portions, cravings. These also do give you quite a lot of energy and boost levels.

I have taken these tablets for 3 weeks now and I have lost no weight, if anything I have put on weight. I did have hope for these tablets reading the reviews but unfortunately can not recommend.

I gave the N2 Natural Nutrition Best Fat Burner for Women and Men a full month’s trial, but unfortunately it hasn’t worked for me. In the first week, I actually felt hungrier than usual, which almost made me stop straight away. I do understand that fat burners don’t literally “burn fat,” but I had hoped for at least some appetite suppression. Instead, I noticed the opposite — my appetite seemed to increase, and I ended up eating more. If there was any effect, it may have been a slight boost in energy, but it didn’t translate into weight loss. For context, I’m 5'11" and currently 12 stone. Most of my adult life I’ve been between 9–11 stone, and all I wanted was to get back into that range. After a month on these capsules, there has been no change. I wanted to give an honest review after a proper trial — for me, this product simply did not deliver on its claims.

Really good supplement! High quality ingredients, I’m already noticing a difference in my energy levels. This is just what I needed to combat the short winter days, I have more peace of mind knowing that I’m getting all my essential micronutrients. I will definitely consider buying this next year again. No changes in my weight so far, but I’ve only been taking it for a week

Je reviens donner mon avis sur ce produit. Après plus de 15 jours, je peux dire qu'il est efficace. Oui, mais avec un régime alimentaire correct et équilibré et avec une activité physique. Acheté pour mon mari, il a perdu 2 kgs. Même si ce n'est pas énorme, il a cependant fondu, en perdant de nombreux cms de tour de taille et hanche. Ce résultat est obtenu grâce à tous ses efforts et pas uniquement ces gélules. Elles sont une aide, c'est très vrai. L'effet thermo est très présent. Mais à elles seules, elles ne sont pas suffisantes pour perdre du poids et des cms. C'est un ensemble d'efforts et la volonté qui font la différence. Donc un grand oui pour ses gellules, mais uniquement si vous comptez faire du sport et adapter votre alimentation.

De momento en 3 semanas, haciendo dieta y ejercicio, he perdido entre 4 y 5 kilos. El producto es fantástico, aporta un gran plus extra para quemar grasas y se nota también que reduce el apetito, pero ojo no hace magia, es un complemento muy efectivo pero lo más importante sigue siendo el ejercicio y la dieta. Tomo una por las mañanas y otra 30 minutos antes de hacer ejercicio.

Lo que más me ha gustado, que no son grandes se pueden tragar muy bien, y que tienen sabor neutro (hay algunas que saben muy raras y me da arcadas), llevo desde junio y llevo perdidos 17kg,pero también porque lo combino con deporte (4 o 5 veces ala semana corriendo 7km) y combinándolo con zumba strong, realmente no es milagroso, pero si que te hace saciarte sobretodo no picón entre horas, que es lo que hacía antes, hago 4 comidas diarias y os puedo decir que los fines de semana como lo que me da la gana, que eso se le llama, hacer un día de trampa, vamos comer comida basura, y trabajo todo el día de 8 30 a 20 de la tarde, te da energía estas capsulas, yo hago el deporte por las mañanas antes de ir a currar y lógicamente me tomo 2 capsulas en la mañana a aveces antes del deporte o después y os puedo garantizar que funciona muy bien, no suelo escribir así como así, pero he esperado un tiempo porque esto no es de la noche ala mañana todo a su tiempo, y os puedo garantizar que ami si me gusta, y encima barato para dos meses tengo, espero que los que lo lean les ayude
