"FOO" is the" F00", this machine have adjustable vibration speed (1 to 99), their are F01, F02 ~ F98,F99, so the F00 means "stop" "P01, P02, P03, P04, P05" , the letter ”P" is “program” so it mean: "program01, program02, program03, program04, program05", the program is auto run program

Love this product

Easy to use. Effective to loosen sore muscles and reduce stress. When used daily you can definitely feel some soreness as it works the muscles

Im all shook up

I have only used it twice so I cant speak on results. It was easy to set up, came packaged nicely. The vibration is strong. The 1st time I got a slight headache but it didn't last long. The controller doesn't work at all which is disappointing, but I'm flexible enough to change the settings on the machine while I stand on it. The resistance bands may be good for a beginner, but I will likely replace those with stronger bands. So far, I'm excited to continue to use it to see what results I get from it.
