I wish I knew about magnesium sooner
Amazing supplements. I've been looking for ways for me to sleep easier and this is it. Magnesium glycinate keeps you relaxed at night and knowing that Sports Research fish oil pills are top tier. I felt obligated to try these out. Magnesium from Natures Made form of Magnesium isn't the best, it's not in the format that is easily absorbable so you want to get Glycinate. So far I'm almost done with this bottle.

Helps stay asleep
I haven't had this product long enough to give it a proper review, but so far I think it might be working ? So i've been having a hard time falling asleep, but when I do, I have stayed asleep, which had been a problem for me before. I do think it relaxes my muscles and I do have a good deep sleep, but I have to be consistent with it on the weekends and longer to give it a fair review. I'll come back in a few weeks & update!
