Broken and Returning - Item does not "plane off" on the water to operate (full throttle)

CAN NOT SPEAK to anyone IN ENGLISH in the USA. Board came scratched and will not operate to use. Battery use and charging is chaotic. Does not provide carrying case and set up chair.

The truth

You have to be somewhat intelligent to use this.. some people don't understand lithium batteries or even simply how to read instructions. The instructions are not good at all, but you can contact the company and they do respond in 24 to 48 hours. The board has 2 modes, this is the entry level version so unless you're a 100lb Asian, you're not getting on plane in slow mode. You have to press the speed button to get into high gear, and then get on plane in a few seconds... people need to get it together and act like mature adults
