It works
It is much cheaper than going to a dermatologist for the procedure. And it works just as well.

Doesn't work for me
I used it on 3 skin tags now and they are all still there. First I tried it on a big 4mm one. It got badly inflamed after a second treatment and it took 3 weeks to heal, lots of bandaids and neosporin. Now the tag looks different but is still there. It is more compact now and darker in color. Before it was like a empty skin sack, and now it is like a mole. Then I tried it on 2 smaller ones. 1 to 2 mm in size and after one treatment it got inflamed and 1 is almost gone and the other is darker but still flappy skin. The inflammation was painful and ugly. I'm not doing this again. I never had any skin inflammations before that. I heal very quick and good.

Got Rid of Them
Only thing out there that I can say actually got rid of my skin tags. I had a large group of them on my neck since I was a little kid. Periodically throughout the years I've had doctors cut them off, burn them off, freeze them off, and prescribe topical removing ointments (which caused me to actually develop a rash and WORSEN the tags at the time). I've done the rubber bands over them to choke them dead. Nothing worked for more than a couple months before they came back. I decided to try freezing them but by myself and decided to use this product. It worked. A few months now skin tag free. Exactly like the box says. You need to freeze it for a few seconds then apply it to the base of a tag for just under a minute. Then after about 1-2 weeks they're black and fall off. Now, for me personally I did several treatments on one area a few times because I didn't care about scaring, I just wanted them gone. I wouldn't recommend this but it worked for me so far and only left small pink spots where I knew some stubborn tags were and froze them a couple times before the tag actually fell off.

Follow the directions
I did pretty good using this and following the directions you have to follow the directions and use the cream that they supply you with. I have ran out and I do need to get rid of a couple more skin tags, but your skin tags have to be out not flat on your skin. They have to be kind of sticking out in order for you to freeze it and then wait a couple of days.
