I really like these. A bit high in sugar perhaps for those on a strict diet, but I find them perfect for post workout. Solid amount of protein and a dash of sugar to help replenish glycogen levels. A tad expensive when compared to conventional protein powders but I love the convenience! I keep the in the fridge and grab one when heading to the gym. They're smooth, taste great and are quite filling without being "heavy".

Like the taste and texture 500mls is a good size. I find the strawberry ones to my taste. Haven’t tried other flavours. Been on them 2 per day when I’m working for last 2 months as I work nights so ideal meal replacements not buying takeaways anymore. I like the fact they’re 50g protein. Just bought another 2 pks of 12’s.

Best protein shake. I have tried a bunch of protein shakes and this has the best consistency and flavour to it by far. I like putting it in the freezer so its like a healthy ice cream I am having. too. Only downside is it is ridiculously expensive. I have to wait till blackfriday and prime day to stock up on 6 months worth.

Nice big protien boost without excess calories, convenient and tasty

Optimum Nutrition is the standard for quality. It has mild enough taste in this flavour where I don't get sick of it, value for money is good. It's so much more convenient than making my own shake every day. 50g of protein is elite level for shakes. Definitely best bang for buck that I can find.

I have never been a fan of protein shakes but I have to say I am already placing another order. Delicious, great texture ( not too think) and satisfying drink packed with protein. Great for when you are on the go.

These were great a few months ago but seems like they've changed the recipe because it tastes weird, like alot of fake sweetener so I've had to move on to For Goodness Shakes
