Do read the instructions first, I didn't and got baffled on the deployment of the first couple of patches. Once that is sorted out, they work great. The very sticky and pliable patches don't re-position well, but they do adhere very effectively. I doubled up due to the shape with one under the knee cap & the other over.. made recovery a much more endurable process.. They are water proof as long as an edge isn't peeled up, and wear loose pants so they don't rub against the edges of the patches...

These fit perfectly around your knee and help with knee pain. They stay nicely in place and are smooth under clothing and are waterproof.

This might be my new favorite kneepad. It has all the lidocaine and a little bit of menthol took care of my achy knee and a couple days.

Much easier to apply than SalonPas patches.

Did not work for me, it dose sick very well but the lidocaine level is not as effective to me. It may work for some people but not me. I Purchased, the salonpas lidocaine 4% pain relieving gel - patches and cut them in half to fit under my knee cap and works fantastic highly recommend.
