Seem to work as well as the OEM ones and I don’t worry about throwing them out after a day or two of use.

I thing these are better than the name brand. Fits great and maybe a little quieter!

These are good alternatives to the original ResMed HumidX cartridges. They fit perfectly into the AirMini cartridge compartment. One difference is the HumidX cartridges snap in one end only (the blue end) while these HME cartridges snap in either end; I'm really not sure if that makes any difference in performance or not. I tested one HME cartridge for a couple of nights and found no issues. One of the daily routines I have when using the AirMini is to disassemble the cartridge compartment, remove the cartridge, and tap it to remove any residual drops of water from the element so it can dry out during the day. I noticed more drops of water come out of the ResMed HumidX cartridges than these HME cartridges. What does that mean? Beats me, it's just a difference. Overall, I'm satisfied with the HME cartridges. I slept just as well with them as the ResMed HumidX cartridges and am happy to recommend them.

These work very well and are a viable/cheaper option than the name-brand HumidXPlus moisture inserts. The name brand ones actually didn't do much for me on a recent trip to Vegas; I guess it was way too dry for it to extract any moisture from the air in my climate-controlled hotel room when it was like 5% humidity outside. Glad that was the free one that was included with my travel CPAP because the name brand ones are a little pricy. But I digress. This brand of moisture insert (plus) really did a great job when I tried it out (this time I was not in Vegas). This product provided a comfortable amount of moisture and I was very pleased with the results. Definitely worth a try!
