Tasty and quick!
These tasted very good and were extremely easy to make. You just add water, wait an hour for the mix to absorb the water, and bake / fry. They are seasoned very well- i was pleasantly surprised!The one pack fears enough for 2 meals for two adults. I used them to make falafel pita wraps.

Pretty good, but very salty
Easy to make, turn out pretty good, but very salty for my taste. I like frozen pre cooked ones from Trader Joe’s better.

Authentic flavor
Great authentic flavor and it couldn’t be easier to make! Just add water and let it sit for 30-69mins then bake or fry. Similar to the authentic falafel at a local restaurant. Yum!

It was easy enough to make but extremely disappointing in flavor, like not having falafel at all but salty, inedible patties instead.
