Gozney Dough Scraper, Green, Silicon Coating and Stainless Steel, Easy to Clean

Quality dough scraper. Pairs well with the Gozney cutter. Unlike most Gozney products - nice price point. Scrapes dough like a champ.

Works good

Easy to wash and works well. Have been using this to make sourdough bread and it helps so much with the stretch and folding process and the shaping process.

This works well when scraping the dough out of our Gozney proof box.

Solid dough scraper!!

Perfect for my small hand, I like the flat top that doesn't cut into my palm like my larger silicone scrapper. My only complaint is that the top tends to bend a little when I'm mixing up the dough before turning it out to kneed. What I really want is a silicone scrapper with a rounded top like my stainless steel one. Until then, this will do.

The only bench scraper you need. I love this scraper and will only be using it from here on.

Quality as expected with Gozney

Der Teigschaber wird seit ca. einem Jahr mindestens einmal pro Woche verwendet. Die Verarbeitung ist gut, das Gewicht ist genau passend und wirkt hochwertig. Ich kann das Produkt mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, wenn man einen Teigschaber in dieser größer Sucht (generell etwas kleiner, aber nicht zu klein).
