It works great… it keeps me safe and allows me to remove both small and large rattlesnakes and others from the property without harming them.

I'm actually pleasantly surprised on this purchase. I do a lot of reptile removal in my area and could use one of these so I bought one. Figured it would be subpar but it's excellent! I might buy a few more just to have the handle. The end has a threaded bushing and you could match the threads and make other attachments for it. Handle is fairly solid and easy to operate. The bag is nice and well made. Light weight. Durable. I like the drawstring around the midsection of the net. Will make bagging up rattlesnakes much easier.

I purchased this after having two rattlesnakes in our yard this summer, I was hoping I would never have to use it, however just a couple weeks later was rattlesnake number three. This served its purpose 100%, the reason for four stars is that I’m very uncomfortable with having to reach over to the net to wrap that strap around it. Thankful it worked. It just didn’t seem comfortable. Oh… guess I should mention that I did NOT use the net to catch the rattlesnake. I used rattlesnake tongs, put the snake in the net until the fire department could arrive. That’s a dead bunny in his struck. That is inside the net with it.

This product is really well made and works great for birds!!

First of all, I hope to NEVER use this. I do NOT like snakes but I wanted some tools to be able to remove if / when it could be necessaryTbh I would not feel comfortable using this to remove a snake. This style of pole only has an open hook at the end. I believe a superior design are the poles that have a scissor like clamp at the end to control the head of the snake while removing. I would not feel comfortable trying to balance and keep the snakes mouth pointed away while it wiggles on the hook. I'd much prefer to have its head firmly controlledThe price of this item seems WAY too high for what it is also. The pole itself is lightweight and seems relatively stable / sturdy. It would likely wobble if a 5-10lb snake were on the end sliding around though.For the price and imo the inferior design vs competitors, I think this is not the best option. However the pole itself is nice if you need a telescoping pole with a hook, it is well made. However as a snake removal tool, I would not recommend

I travel in areas with snakes, and while my plan is to leave 'em alone, as a past wildlife control person, I know they do get in spots they needn't be, and I don't want to have to wait a day while a snake decides to leaves my car engine or tent I stupidly left open, or agitate them into fleeing or striking. This is a nice hook that doesn't take up too much room because it collapses. It also can be used for other camping uses - it's always nice to have a fancy stick along if you need to pull or poke something toward you. I wish I'd had this back when I was a professional, as it takes up very little room in the kit, can be packed in a storage box, and therefore should stay in great condition.

The net worked great to remove a small water snake from our pool. It also works good to trap small animals as needed. No issues to report. Highly recommended!

He didn’t get thong, don’t buy again. We live in country. We have copper heads, rattling snakeskin I have reached to several times. I would not buy this product
