Exactly as described!
Don’t hesitate if you need a replacement button and cover “ring” for your airswitch. Perfect fit. And easy to change to match your faucet etc.

UPDATED 2/13:We still love this!
2013 update: Some reviewers stated that this is made from "cheap plastic," but it doesn't look cheap, at all, on our sink. It works perfectly and looks exactly like our chocolate brown Blanco sink. It looks exactly as it looked when we installed it last March or April. It's very hard to see it, which is important because our kitchen is actually very close to our home's entrance and dining room, and is open. And it goes perfectly with our Mediterranean bronze Mico faucet. It's nearly invisible in the Blanco sink, though. All of our fixtures (mostly Cifial with 1 Moen handheld showerheads) go with it, as well. We held them all up to each other to see how everything blended together, and it all worked. The switch, after about 10 months of use, works easily with no sticking. While I have gotten a little water in it every so often (wet hands pushing the button) it didn't hurt it. I normally try to dry my hands though before using. No chips or any other sort of wear and tear look, to date. No shorting out or anything else. It works great.OLD: Our kitchen sink is highly visible from the dining room and located in an island. So we couldn't put the normal disposal switch in a wall, and really didn't want to. This thing is great. It matches the sink perfectly and works great. I do wonder if water will hurt it as it was put right in the sink lid and not on the counter beside the sink, but our plumber and electrician both told us it would be fine and that where it is, is the normal spot for it. We're extremely happy with it, though. It's also got a "cool" factor which is always fun!

Shiny brass air switch
The insinkerator doesn’t come with switch! Glad Amazon carries everything. I’m sick of lining wholesaler plumbing showroom pockets!

Expensive but works
No instructions come with package. Granted all you have to do is pop off the cover on the old color and pop on the new color. Expensive for such a cheap trim piece but it does work as advertised. Overall a good buy.

Beautiful
The button was easy to install. Looks great!

Works to replace a chipped ring.
Replaces the factory ring if the paint is chipped. A knife blade under the lip pops the old one off and this snaps into place. Save the button for the future.

Where’s the rest of it??
Where is the rest of it?? Why would I pay $29 for a button without the part that plugs it in?

Right product!
My husband didn't think this would work... he was wrong! It's wonderful, it works great and looks even better. So nice not to have to reach under the sink to turn on the garbage disposal! I thought I could attach it to the side of the cabinet but after looking at the manufacturer website and reading reviews and Q&A's there I discovered that it couldn't be wall mounted. We didn't have enough pre-drilled holes so we had to drill through the granite ourselves. Luckily, my husband knew how to do this and he had the correct tools. Installation of the actual product took less time than drilling the hole! We recently went to look and new model homes and the product was already installed in them! Now he agrees that this is the right product! ;-)
