I'd like more tomatoes - LESS JUICE. However, the TOMATOES were very nice - sadly the producer seems more interested in selling tomato JUICE rather than nice plump tomatoes.

I have been searching for an alternative to the typical supermarket brand tomatoes ... search over. The La San Marzano tomatoes have a certain "earthiness" flavor, which is so great for sauces and chili. The tomatoes always have the perfect consistency that allows for cubing or chopping.

I make my own tomato sauce. I was intriqued to try this brand from Italy. I used a receipe for Spaghetti made Italian style. My family loved it. No meat, just tomato sauce and spaghetti. Different, but definately good!
