Nostalgic Journey Through the History of California Born Fast Food
The large hardcover reference book of California-born fast food and eateries just arrived, so I've only had a quick chance to skim through it, but the book is in fabulous condition-it's pages bright and clean and filled with colorful photos and illustrations. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy reading it. Many thanks to this Amazon seller for a terrific buying experience.

A cool read
Growing up in California most of these places were "Always" there. As a child I didn't think about when or where they were started. Later moving around the country I saw most of them and again never gave it any thought. After reading this I have a different look at how things came about.
