I used this powder to darken some new gallons of latex paint. I had them tinted initially but when I applied the paint I realized it was much too light in color. The store where I bought the paint was afraid that adding more dark tint would overflow the cans so they wouldn't do it. I did it at home and the results were perfect! It mixes really well in latex paint.

You definitely want to add a little and then just mix it more and more. It will get dark real quick.

I love this companies pigment however this color is not green. It is blue. I tried adding some yellow in with it to bringing it closer to green and that did help but still very much on the teal blue side. I am still on the search for a good green. So far the only place I have found a true green is direct colors but the price is insane!

Worked great, and easy to use. First you need to find the correct proportion for your project. They provide estimates, but I had to adjust it accordingly to get mine right. I used this to make irrigation sprinkler head donut ground protection covers. I custom made a mold to fit my heads so I wasn't sure of the exact amount of powder to add. My first cast came out a little light in color, but my other 3, came out perfect. The color is slightly bluer than what I'd hoped, but it really doesn't matter once it was installed around the head in the ground. It's better than having one that isn't dyed for sure. I like it. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the color, as maybe it should probably considered blue/green. Hey if you had some other color dyes that you could tint it a little more to bring the color more to a green, you'd be good! Thanks!
