Surprisingly good
I get a lot of tension in my calves And neck but it is hard for me to massage myself because I have dexterity issues. I thought these might be handy and offer some relief from tense muscles.I didn’t have high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. They are easy to use, and feel good on sore muscles. To be honest, I would be happy with just one, rather than a set of three as they don’t really feel that much different to one another.As a bit of self-care at the end of the day, I’m happy with this product.
