This product is robost design and good air throw..nice design and all features..auto water fill and auto water drain out ..cooling so fast ..low noise..easy to move...only first 3 to 4 hrs you need to run and drain all water when start at initially to remove bad smell of packing box...and honey comb small particle and as water turn yellow color due to honey comb material..after that second day you can fill fresh water upto 75%(75ltr) so it is long last for 2 days for me...it is useful for big hall or while flat 2 bhk for cooling all room ..should be placed behind window outside in gallery so fresh air suction can taken and cool air comes thru window grill net... if you see the impurities in water then again you can drain out frim botton drain plug removed and refit easily....pump and swing mode is useful to cover all room area ...mosquito net is good features to avoid enter mosquito in cooler inside to give fresh hygienic air flow...ice input chamber at top and big in size very good you can put ice cube in tray to improve extra cooling....at backside left side connector for auto water fill float system if you continue connect pipe there..and right side one connector provide L shape by company so you should remove plug and connect drain L shape there..again beside this one water fill provision given for manually water filling.. A knob given for auto drain by pump ..when draing you should stop cooler only pump to be run on that mode ..after draining..again switch to high or low mode for pump depends upon wheather condition..for humid low mode and for dry high mode... Power on/ off button given from front side extreme left..then air flow high,medium,low given as per requirement and right extreme pump mode and pump swinging mode given for better cooling area cool... Overall this cooler is best one among all cooler competitor...its body plastic good hard acrylic..also from front side flap collapsible given to avoid mosquito enter thru it if cooler is not in service we can close it ...water indicator is easy to watch from front side.. I tremendous satisfied after its trial work..and recommend to buy anyone who need ...Thanks

Okay, having used a Crompton Greeve’s cooler for over 20 years, I knew I was gonna upgrade to Crompton cooler again. Visited Crompton website and zeroed in at the best product that they offer - Optimus 100 litre. And such large capacity cooler served my interests as well given I have a large living and dining room. I looked up for the cooler on Amazon and found sellers selling it at as low as ₹12000. However, none of them delivered the product at my address. And the one that could deliver the product, offered it at a sticker price of ₹15,990. I had no option but to buy from them. The good thing is that the seller delivered the product within 7 days given the seller and I are at the opposite corner of the country. Amazing courier service. Now the 100 litre capacity can last the entire day with low and medium fan speed. You won’t expect the cooler to chill the air like an air conditioner does. That’s not the purpose of air cooler. But add ice to the ice tray and it indeed chills the air fairly well. The noise level of fan is also well in control over many coolers out there. Again, don’t expect it to be as quite as air conditioner. It’s the reason why air conditioners are more than twice the cost of air cooler. The only minor gripe I have against the cooler is the noise of dripping water which, I guess, could be managed with better design. I have attached the video but it doesn’t give justice to how low the noise levels are. The fan noise is seriously low at low fan speed which is enough for my entire living and dining room. The noise of dripping water is a bit annoying. I have four star because of the sticker price and few imperfections. But I’d highly recommend this product for its reliability and build quality. Oh! And you’d love the auto-drain function which is so easy to use. It is a smart design. I wish the designers had applied such smart design to control the noise of dripping water as well.

These visible gaps suggest a lack of attention to detail during assembly, detracting from the product's overall aesthetic and functionality. Unclear Cutouts: The presence of residual plastic from the molding process serves as a clear indicator of oversight in quality control. These unfinished sections not only detract from the unit's visual appeal but also raise concerns about the thoroughness of the manufacturing process. Drain Hole Size and Fit: The undersized drain hole, coupled with signs of forced installation, underscores a lack of precision in manufacturing. This oversight not only compromises the product's functionality but also raises doubts about its long-term durability and reliability. Overall Quality Control: Collectively, these issues point to a broader failure in quality control measures. The lack of consistency and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process is disheartening, particularly considering the brand's reputation. Caster Wheels Absent: Surprisingly, the product lacks the caster wheels that were supposed to be included, according to its specifications. This omission proves to be a significant inconvenience, particularly given the substantial weight of the filled 100-liter water tank. The absence of wheels not only impedes mobility but also adds unnecessary difficulty to the user experience, highlighting a failure in fulfilling promised features. Concerns and Resolution: In light of these findings, there is a pressing need for Cropton to address these issues promptly and effectively. As a consumer, it is only reasonable to expect a certain standard of quality, and I am eager to see how the company intends to rectify these shortcomings and uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Cooling 💯 100 litre tank is more than sufficient. Easily cools a large area plus water lasts more than a day easily. Pump is strong and honeycombs are super quality which gives cool feeling even in the 48°C heat in my city. Never got such quick and good cooling from any coolers I've used so far. Air throw is good, covers large area of my room noise is least, which is very big plus point. Ease of use 💯 Easy to clean, easy to drain than all previous coolers I've used. The "drain" nob and outlet provided at the back does it's job without having to open the cooler. The completely shutting off louvers help keep the cooler clean while not in use. Wheels are provided in the box. There're lot of options to fill water but the "inlet" given at back is best. Use pipe. Don't fill water from ice chamber. There're pump options given at back panel for summer or humidity. Keep on "high" during summer and "low" during rain/humidity. This option is very helpful. After sales💯 Initially i faced some issues as i didn't properly understand some settings, so had to contact Crompton service. It was very easy to contact and they sent an expert within hours of calling and provided service free of charge. So very pleased with after sales service by Crompton. Overall best cooler I've purchased so far after trying both generic and reputed companies coolers. Very good cooling even in such extreme heat. Perfect for a small family. Great cooler for hot summer days Heavy cooling with large water capacity nice product

The fan should be always metal. I had upgraded from Ozone 75 to this assuming blindly that the fan would be metal as was with the earlier. The fan is made of plastic and has only 3 wings. My old ozone 75 had 5 metal wings. The plastic was better, and over-all workmanship was good. The plastic here is flimsy and has lots of semi finished parts to it. There are a lot of gaps everywhere, the front grill is having so big gaps that a small kid can easily put his/her hands in as the louvers are way too flexible. Throw is ok, sound is reduced a bit. But thoroughly disappointed. Thought Crompton knew how to make a desert cooler. I guess I should have relied on my local, super trusterd Nagpur cooler vendor, Ram Coolers. Just hoping the motor should be good as I am thinking of changing the fan soon. Hope I can trust Crompton with atleast the fan motors.

Been using it since 1 year and I highly recommend this one over any other brand, as the quality is top notch and so as the coolness. I had to replace the motor after few months when we were not using it daily but they sent the technician came and fixed it for free (it took almost a month though) but it was within warranty, so I got it fixed for free Pro Tip: Make sure to clean the pores of the cooling chamber once in a month, so that the cooler will continue deliver the cooling air and you won't face any issues.
