I use it everywhere on any chair. Even in sleeping bag! Hugely adjustable strong Velcro Straps to attach it in many ways is awesome! Use it with or without it's Straps I'm loving this comfortable pillow. Very supportive verses the soft marshmallow pillows that offer no support. I bought 2 of these pillows to go along with my ICECO high back collapsible chairs. The Velcro straps are of good strength and securely attach well to the ICECO chair and the fabric complements the ICECO chair perfectly. Highly recommended add-on purchase.

I am impressed with the quality of ICECO products. I have seen two chairs that were well-constructed using high-quality materials. This pillow is the same. It is a little too big for me personally to use as a lumbar support cushion, but it is perfect to fill in the gap between the seat and the headrest in our car for road trips. The fabric is great. Highly recommend for this use, and I think it would also make a good pillow for camping.
