These work excellent! They actually stay on! I’ve tried the ones for sensitive skin and they fall off in the middle of the night! These don’t!

These strips have been a great help to me on keeping me from snoring during the night.

I didn't realize how much of a difference there is between the original and extra strength of these. With the regular kind, one end would lift up at some point while I was sleeping or the strip would fall off altogether. These stay on and I breathe well through the night.

Works. Amount in box game brings it down

Since I see sports athletes use this type of product, I have started to use it to help with my snoring issue but also it does help to open your nostrils to get more air into your lungs. Use it at night and have found that the adhesive is very effective and doesn't come off as other products I have tried do. Enjoy that there is a variety, but I like this particular one as it works for me. Only issue is do I get the 78 count or get the three-box set which gives you more but then you have to store the smaller count boxes somewhere. Also have to figure out cost as I do use there all the time.
