Gives a sweet taste so only need a small amount.

It's good quality product that can be used in so many ways. It's natural so it doesn't mix easily with water however it can be used in many other ways. Beneficial for wellbeing without chemicals. Good value for money

This product is quite fascinating, and it has a mildly sweet honey-like grain smell when one opens the packaging. The taste is savored as it's close to fine honey-sweet whole wheat grains, not overly sweet. At first, the bee pollen was strange, but it pairs well in my yogurt and cereal. A tablespoon of this product is enough. It offers a natural way to kick-start your day, with its superior quality, fresh granules that carry a slightly sweet and earthy flavor. This is a perfect source of energy. The product has nice packaging, the seal keeps the freshness and the size which is good to use daily. I recommend this for those who wants to incorporate a natural superfood into their dietary regimen.

I have been reading quite a bit about the health benefits of bee pollen and have also seen people give it to their dogs as a topper so was eager to try this out.I was genuinely surprised by how much I liked it, I sprinkle some over my granola with yoghurt and it adds a nice flavour and texture to it. My dog also didn't mind it and happily ate her food with it too.Bee pollen has such great health benefits and is known as an all natural immune system booster, it has no additives, is GMO free and 100% natural. There are many ways to incorporate this, I usually just add this to my granola and yoghurt but can also incorporate this in baking, porridge, smoothies and many other ways.

I added this bee pollen to porridge and perfectly OK, but I'm just not keen on it myself. I will try to keep going with it as don't want to waste it and want to see if it gives me a boost in the longer term.

If there is anything more natural and helpful for your body, it is honey and its derivatives, and olen (which is a derivative of honey). Obviously, do your own research, as you should with any supplement, but I would say this is one of the best supplements for health out there.In terms of pricing, it is also not too bad; you get a decent quantity for your money.
